[Flexradio] ASIO driver?

It appears that you have a pre-existing ASIO driver installed with another sound card application.

Hi to all,

                    When I start up I get a pop up box with "no creative audio products with ASIO supported on this PC"" and CTASIO warning the load then freezes until I click the box. 1 what did I do wrong to get this ? and
2 how do I get rid of it ? I'm using a flex 5000A and this has been there all of the time from first boot.
