[Flexradio] [Commercial Query] Is there any market for a Diagnostic/Tune utility?

Hi all

As I am mainly a software developer, making a living at it and I have seen
this referenced a few times, is there a market for a system
diagnostic/system tune utility for Windows/Vista/Win7? If I did this, I am
sure it would have to cost a good deal (i.e. more than 75 bucks)  and I know
most of us are retired and money is very dear. But if such a utility was
custom made for this, who would buy it?
