[Flexradio] 40 meter net

I too have dialed about and haven't heard anyone on a few occasions.  That
portion of the band has become very crowded with nets since the broadcasters
moved away.  It may be prudent to move the net back an hour because of
propagation, as well.  I have also noticed great signals from a group that
regularly meets on 40.  I am guessing that they have optimum antennas for
the band and use amplifiers.  40 meters is a great place for a net but can
present many challenges.  Challenges aside, I hope we keep the net alive on
40.  A suggestion might be for one of us to have a QSO going prior to the
net beginning and merge the QSO into the net.  Since we all tend to talk
about the Flex, it shouldn't be too difficult to spot.
