[Flexradio] SAM Problem

Updated last night to the latest PowerSDR software 1.18.1 and the latest 
1.3.06 firmware for my Flex 5000A. Ran the RX level and image 
calibration tests and everything passed (of course with new database). 
No problems detected so far except noise blanker performance doesn't 
seem to be as good as previous versions, and the synchronous AM 
detection now seems to have a severe AGC problem. When I switch to SAM 
all seems well. But when I transmit and return to receive it's as if the 
receiver gain has been reduced by half. If I switch to sideband and then 
back to SAM the receiver sounds fine initially, then sounds as if the 
gain starts reducing on its own. This happens when there is no AM signal 
on the band. I've tried it on 6 meters and 10 meters and the result is 
the same. Anyone else run into this problem? Running on a quad core PC 
with 32 bit Vista.
