You definitely can ask and FlexRadio encourages it.

There is an Enhancements Request web page where you can describe in detail (the more the better) what enhancements you would like to see in PowerSDR.

There is a LC article on how to do it.

Since I use as well the Perseus sdr rx it is very very good for cw have a nice function for cw peak with adjustment as well as other good function for cw . 
Is this ok to ask if flex people can make the 5000 as well fantastic for cw ?improve some of the function on cw , it may be ask before but I didn't see it It may be good pro cw that can ad on what function can be made .
