[Flexradio] VISTA 64 -- Psdr Memory footprint

According to  'Process Explorer'  ( www.sysinternals.com )  Power SDR 
V1.15.0 svn 2458 uses a peak of 67 Mb physical memory and  a virtual 
size of 322 Mb  on my WinXp SP3  AMD 3300+ that is equipped with 1 Gb of 
Ram physical.  
I typically have several other programs besides PSDR running ( sometimes 
2 PSDR's serving a SDR1K and a F5K simultaneously ) and very rarely have 
the impression that I am RAM limited.
