[Flexradio] Steve, Bob, and Ed get the cigars

Bob put in the new cat commands to make turning Direct IQ on/off
Steve enabled them into push buttons in DDUt
and Ed spotted that my Spur Reduction button was enabled and causing the 
frequency disparity between vfo and CWS frequency.

Oh and a cigar for Eric who said that if PWSDR is shut down, and the radio 
is still powered up, CWSkimmer will keep reading the IQ from the last used 
frequency. Sort of a Ghost Signal.
