[Flexradio] Checksum error between 1.16.1 and SVN 2573

Thanks Tim, just as the very first rule of computer trouble shooting is 
"turn it off and turn it back on, or reboot" perhaps the first rule for Flex 
should be reset the database.

If you get prompted again that you have checksum errors, drop Dudley a note. 
You should only have to do it once and after that, it should be OK.

Tim, I went ahead and reset the database for the SVN and all is normal now.
