[Flexradio] ATU question

Happy Holidays to all of the happy Flexers out there!

I just installed an ATU in my Flex5000A which has the second receiver
installed.  Does the memory in the ATU know which antenna the
measurement was made on?  For example, if I set up the tuner to tune
21.130 MHz on Antenna 1, and then I set it up to tune 28.130 MHz on
Antenna 2, will it know which setting to tune to the next time I go to
28.130 on Antenna 1 and then know enough to retune from it's memory when
I go to 28.130 on Antenna 2?

Also, when I press the "ATU" button on PowewrSDR's main screen, does the
tuner do a full tune or a memory tune?  Does it matter what I set the
ATU setup screen to when using the ATU button on the main screen?

Sorry for all the questions.  I read the manual, but I must've missed
this part.  I've never had an ATU before.  It sure beats cranking the
knobs on my manual antenna tuner.
