[Flexradio] Flex-5000 & X2 Connector

Hi Ray,

The FLEX-5000 provides three connectors specifically for 'keying' 
external devices. See the "AMP RLY" TX1, TX2, and TX3 connectors here:

PowerSDR provides for additional control of these three ports.

The FlexWire port provides all kinds of possibilities for future 
expansion and control.
