[Flexradio] VAC 4.08 trial version won't install

I sent the following email yesterday (no response yet) to 
'support at muzychenko.net':

I have been trying to install the trial version of VAC 4.08 and get a 
strange (to me) error message:
“Cannot install device driver 15/564 – drive is not intended for this 
application.”

The log file is attached.

My system is an HP Pavilion desktop, AMD Athlon XP 3200+, 2.19 GHz, 960 
Mb ram, Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, SP2.

I also have an Edirol FA-66 installed and working with a Flex-Radio 
SDR-1000 transceiver and that is working well.

Anything I can do to solve this issue?

Anyone on the Flex reflector see this error message before?
